In the Sauna

In the sauna, I am the leaf. 

Softening, releasing, unfurling fully into Self.

When I pour tea, I am the sauna.

Quiet and dark, a place for you to come clean.

These alchemies of earth, water, wind and fire are the Mystery, the Magic and the Medicine.

When I reemerge, I am clear.
