Use:

In latin cultures, an Aqua Fresca is a refreshing, nourishing and cooling drink made by infusing fruits, grains or leaves in water. Agua de Flor is an aqua fresca made from hibiscus flowers. It is also known as Aqua de Jamaica. Agua de Jamaica Recipe

Combine 4 cups of water and 1/2 cup of hibiscus flowers in a pot on the stove.
Boil and then lower heat to low and steep for 15 minutes.
Strain flowers out of the water by pouring the liquid through a sieve into a glass storage jar.
Add 1/2 cup of honey or sugar to the jar and stir to dissolve.
Store in the refrigerator for 1 week
To serve, mix 1:1 with water over ice and a squeeze of lime.
