Organic: Blue butterfly pea flowers, mugwort and oat flowers

Steeping Instructions

Boil together 1.5 cups water, 1 Tablespoon of Moon Milk and 1 Tablespoon of freshly grated ginger root. Steep over low heat for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of oat milk and 2 Tablespoons of honey. Stir, strain and serve hot or iced.
