STEEPING:

Steep 2 teaspoons in 12 ounces of almost boiling water for 5 minutes. Decant the liquid into your cup and add milk and/ or a sweetener of your choice, as desired.

Steep to double strength (use half the amount of water or twice the amount of Afternoon Delight) and add honey for a sweet love potion for one.
