Steep 1 teaspoon in a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes.
Resteep at least once and / or boil to extract even more nutrients from the plants.
Or
Boil 1 teaspoon with 1 cup of water and steep for 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup of nutmilk and reheat.
