Overview
The Tea Huntress 1:1 Mentorship is a private, high-touch 3-month experience designed to support you in building, embodying, or expanding your life or work through tea.
This work takes two distinct pathways:
The Tea Business Pathway — where you are guided in blending and curating teas, refining your vision and offerings, sourcing, blending, marketing, strategy, branding, etc...
The Ceremony Pathway — where tea becomes your medium for personal expansion, ritual, and stepping into your highest expression.
Each mentorship is deeply personalized and guided by Sarah’s unique blend of deep tea industry knowledge, herbal and culinary expertise, intuitive insight and 30+ years of working as a tea and wellness teacher and guide.
Whether you are building something tangible or becoming someone new, this work is designed to move you forward with clarity, support and transformation.
Process
We begin with an initial private session, held either in person or virtually.
During this time, we clarify your desires, define your direction, and set the intention for our work together.
From there, Sarah designs a customized pathway tailored to your goals—whether you are building a tea business, refining your craft, or deepening your relationship with tea.
You will meet weekly for private sessions, with personalized guidance, resources, and practices offered between meetings to support your integration and momentum.
Case Study
Julie came to me, having been in the corporate world for decades, with a deep interested tea as a ceremony and a way of self- exploration and cultivation. We created a course introducing her to tea as a spiritual guide and a meditation aid and spent our sessions exploring the history and culture of tea through this lens. I taught her Tea Ceremony both in theory and technique and encouraged her to begin her own practice. I guided her also in ritual work and spiritual evolution. I also created an itinerary to guide her to travel to the old tea trees, which she completed.
Today, Julie is a tea ceremonialist and budding tea entrepreneur.

Sarah Scarborough, Tea Huntress
With over 30 years of experience in the global tea industry, Sarah Scarborough is a master of sourcing, blending, and refining exceptional teas, having won multiple awards for her formulations.
Her work has taken her across continents as a tea buyer, taster, and formulator, as well as the founder of multiple tea companies spanning Australasia and the United States.
Influenced by her Finnish roots and a lifelong devotion to plants, ritual, and spiritual exploration, Sarah’s work bridges the technical and the intuitive—creating experiences that are both precise and deeply transformative.
She is also a Reiki Master and yoga teacher with over three decades of practice.
