A Leadership Retreat for Women Who Are Ready to Lead with Intuition and Heart
World's #2 Best Wellness Retreat 2022 and 2023 by Harper's Bazaar
This November, Tea Huntress invites a group of visionary women leaders to step out of the boardroom and into a more expansive way of leading.
This is a five-day immersive experience rooted in the Tea Huntress Regenerative Leadership Ritual™ — designed specifically for women in corporate leadership who feel the pull toward something more purposeful, more whole, and connected.
Guided by the elements Earth, Water, Wind & Fire as expressed so powerfully in the stark beauty of Iceland, we bring the 5th element: Spirit, so crucial to regenerative leadership, online.
Set against the magic of the autumn Icelandic tundra, you will slow down, reconnect to your intuition, align your vision with your values, and return to your organization with the clarity, presence, and purpose that the world needs more of from you right now.
November is a liminal time — a season of release, reflection, and renewal. There is no better time to step fully into the leader you are becoming.
