Each year on the Lunar New Year, we gather to celebrate the return of the sun and all of the radiance and joy it brings! This year we will be diving into the lessons of the leaf across 3 days of tea teachings, ceremony, concocting in the kitchen, shared lunch, new years rituals and daily movement. Join a circle of women at The Forest Tea House for a winter weekend by the fire. You will leave with a deeper understanding of what tea is, how to steep, whisk and boil it for ceremony, ritual, wellness and pleasure, and a clear mind with which to enter the new year. You will be gifted a tea bowl of your own and an ancient tree tea of your choice.
Accommodations are not included. Nashville has many great neighborhoods and places to stay. The Forest Tea House is in the Forest Hills area not too far from 12th south, Belmont, The Gulch and Vanderbilt as well as Leiper's Fork and Franklin.
