Known as the Champagne of Tea, those from the Darjeeling region of Northern India are renowned for being highly aromatic and for steeping a golden color in the cup. The first flush, or plucking, of the season, is highly anticipated each spring and known to be an ephemeral delicacy.
Ours is made from the very first fresh leaves harvested in early March, 2025 at Chamong Garden in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains where snow melt feeds rich soils and the roots of this exquisite tea.
