Fresh jasmine blossoms are married together with first flush green tea in the cool shade of the evening to protect the petals’ potent aroma. The process, a labor of love, is repeated each night for 5 nights to thoroughly imbue the tea leaves with the essence of the jasmine. The leaves are then hand-rolled until they unfurl gracefully in your cup.
