2007 Shou Puerh Tea Leaves from Yunnan, China

Steeping Instructions

Place 1 teaspoon per person in a teapot. Rinse the leaves by pouring hot water into the pot and then immediately discarding the water. Pour 5 ounces of hot water per person over the leaves. After one minute, decant the tea into cups. Resteep up to 10 times by refilling the pot with hot water for each infusion. Adjust the amount of tea, water temperature and steeping time to suit your taste.
